FISHING TECHNIQUE & SECRETS


Ahh. The relaxation of fishing! Whether you are just starting out or have been fishing for years, you will enjoy this course of training. Our private, large pond is well over an acre and is located on-site just a few hundred yards form our main compund. Of course it is well stocked with blue gill and good sized catfish too! It is perfect for our professional angeler to show you how fun fishing can be with one on one instruction.

This course is three hours and is classified as low intensity training. This class focuses exlusively on fresh water fishing. The first two hours is primarily designed for beginners and novists. You will learn the basics of a fresh water pole and reel rig. You will learn live bait handling as well as lour jigs. You will learn how to tie approprate fishing line knots. Most importantly, how to cast like a pro and how to handle your motions to fool the fish into a good bite and solid catch. Then you will be shown what to do once that puppy is pulled ashore! How to unhook them and how to keep them fresh for the journey back to camp! We will also give you some ideas on what to keep and what should be thrown back to preserve the stock. The last hour of instruction focuses on some advanced techniques and super angeler secrets! We will let you in on some secrets as to what every tackel box should have hidden away inside. We will hook you up with some advanced jig choices and handleing techniques. We will even go over the finer points of California fishing licenses and what you need for whatever fresh water fishing spot you go to across the state. If you can keep a secret, our pro angeler might even give you some secret hot spot locations that are California's best kept secrets. This training session is perfect for boys, girls, men and women. It is a great refresher course and if the pros are patient enough, they will learn some secrets to add to their tools and techniques fishing arsonal as well!
